THE AGENDA 21 HOAX. Agenda 21 was a 1992 U.N. suggestion for slowing the rate at which we destroy the environment. Individual countries were permitted, but not required, to adopt Agenda 21 for themselves. The U.S. decided to REJECT IT. Under the U.S. Constitution, both the president and the senate must approve an international treaty or convention for it to become law in the U.S. While the president ceremonially signed Agenda 21, the senate rejected it. Thus, the U.S. rejected Agenda 21 almost 30 years ago. So, whatever Agenda 21 "would have done" in the U.S. if it had not been rejected, is irrelevant. It was rejected. Agenda 21 has never applied to the U.S. and does not apply to the U.S. States now.

In general, Agenda 21 suggested that we slow the rate at which we deplete our natural resources to the same rate at which our natural resources can recover from being depleted.
