Update 1/5/2016: A person from Paragon Systems HR Department called me today to follow-up on my complaint. She indicated that she had all of the information she needed, and would proceed with any necessary disciplinary action against the officer involved.

Update 1/6/2015: Paragon Systems offered the following response to my complaint: "Thank you speaking with us regarding your concerns. We appreciate your input and will use this investigation to improve our services. Appropriate action has been taken however due to the confidential nature of any investigation, findings must remain confidential and cannot be shared. Again, thank you for reporting your concern and taking the time to speak with us. "
