Sky News senior reporter Caroline Marcus says she believes faith-based hospitals should be able to "conscientiously object" to euthanasia being performed on their premises.

“While I’m not religious I think they should be able to conscientiously object based on their own principles,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray.

She said the same principle which allows people to make a free choice about what to do with their bodies should also apply to the right of the hospitals to object.

“It’s difficult because a quarter of the beds in Queensland are in these faith-based hospitals but I think that they should be given the right to do that," Ms Marcus said.

“And people need to make decisions about where they get their care based on how important that is to them.”

FAITH BASED HOSPITALS ---- DO THIS EUTHANISE OUT OF CONCERN FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING ---- WHEN GOD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PEOPLE OR IT'S JUST A FAIRYTALE.
