Romania’s 12 points for Moldova’s song went to Ukraine, which won the competition. This was announced by the head of the Romanian delegation to the Eurovision Song Contest, Juliana Marchuk, on Sunday evening in front of the public television station TeVeRe.

Marchuk said Romania DID NOT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED so far, and assured that the jury’s work in Bucharest was in line with European Union Radio and Television (ERC) rules, which he expected to RESPOND to the situation.
