I believe this.
Saw a video of a black guy talking about finding boxes of guns in the alley - would get his friends, wake his brother, grab them. None gave a thought as to where the guns came from until this guy was out of that life. Said it was odd but not uncommon to "find a box of guns in the alley" behind his house.
