Was there a holocaust? There has been claimed that 6 million Jews died in the labor camps but it seems the facts are more like 2 to 2.5 million. After the war the word was not used until Israel's Declaration of Independence in 1948 but not in popular usage until about 1960. What seems to have happened is an agenda using these poor souls as a means to meet their ends. Yes it is tragic that all those Jewish people died but what about the overall 70 to 85 million that died because of that war? What about the estimated 19–28 million deaths from war-related disease and famine? Yes there is an agenda here and it has nothing to do with tragedy of war.
