So Madison authored the original 12 articles of amendment of which 10 were ratified immediately and the 11the became Amendment XXVII.

Defund the police is a very valid concept as they are the army of government to enforce their illegitimate decrees. Police are not elected but selected by the very people that are looking to enslave the people. But, local sheriffs are elected by the people to protect them from all comers, especially the government. Of course, the idiot public will elect most anything so rational beings need to understand who is running for this office and keep them accountable.
