Dominion and Maricopa County in bed with each other

I don't know who this guy is (sorry, got it on social media but forgot!) but it's interesting what he is saying about Dominion being in bed with Maricopa County (where they are currently doing the AZ election audit). He is for Dominion, obviously. Maybe someone can post his name in the comments if you know it.
