Dome and 13 Black Obelisk

Noticed some of the characteristics of this Obelisk before the Space Science Center was built. I pointed this out to the Architect at it's grand opening ceremony (over a decade ago) ; said he loved this sorta stuff, I told him to check out the Parliament Building in Manitoba , (a graduate student wrote a thesis on it for his Masters). I can't remember if I told him about the "13" halfway up. Great "Star Theatre" planetarium presentations BTW; This is at the East MSU gate or entrance. The Big dish and radio astronomy & tracking antennas are on a ridge due East of the Dome, I have not surveyed this for exact degrees min. & seconds but you get the idea.
