DISTURBING: India Twitter Chief Faces Police over Refusal to REMOVE 'Incitement' Video (Report)

Indian police have summoned Twitter’s top local exec over a viral video of a Muslim being assaulted. The authorities have accused the platform of STOKING sectarian tensions.

The order comes as a battle rages between foreign Big Tech and the Indian govt over new rules on removing and identifying the originators of online material deemed illegal or inflammatory.

Twitter have so far declined to comment, and the video was still available to view on Friday.
