Dacian/Hyperborean sheep herders on isolated mountain tops finally got online😄. Those funny hats are typical to only one region of the country. There are many hat types, depending on the region. This big area (containing many regions) belongs to Ardeal, ancient name "HarDeal", meaning "The Hill Of Har" (Har is the original name of the ancestor of mankind, now in it's greek version in Media: "Horus", the holy child of God/Osiris).

This long hat was a bit pointier in ancient times, and was called "he'get" / "h'djet" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedjet), the hat of the Gets/Jats/Getae/Dacians, in other countries being called "the crown of the Getae", in Egyptian "hedjet", correct written "h'djet".
