This concept is nothing more than another slave master, psychopaths looking for new powers. There is no requirement for any "Committee of Safety". What is needed is a neighborhood that works together for mutual benefit, not control of each other. Man does not need a king did not stick or as Mather Byles so elegantly stated: “Which is better — to be ruled by one tyrant three thousand miles away or by three thousand tyrants one mile away?” Seems we got the three thousand tyrants one mile away until the coup of 1787 when we got a whole federal assembly of tyrants that have enslaved us all. The founding fathers were those that gave their fortunes, lives and honor (well except for Franklin that had no honor) not those which included Franklin that usurped the nation for the purpose of mercantilism to line their pockets and enslave the nation. As put in a book by Lysander Spooner "NO TREASON, No. VI., THE CONSTITUTION OF NO AUTHORITY". When people realize it is them, nothing else, that is the problem, this can be a free country without the necessity of having to kill any but the guilty.
