Herbert is a Chinese Canadian who hired a balloon twister for their 8 year old daughter celebrating her birthparty with classmates and at Coquitlam Community Center on Poirier street at Winslow in the French District of Couitlam in Metro Vancouver. It was an honor and a privilege to twist fun balloons and run games and a giant parachute for 16 kids and their parents and then lead cake time singing for Abigail, who appears to be a very happy and vibrant girl.  They were lots of laughter and joking by Abigail and her classmates.

Herbert is a smart Coquitlam dad because he is aware that happy childhood memories result in increased average life span of up to 20 additional years according to a 2009 Scientific American article with supporting statistics by frontline psychologists and doctors who developed the Adverse Childhood Experiences tests and the corallary adverse childhood experiences questionnaire. 

Vancouver Party Savers entertainers and Bobby the magician from Burnaby are especially trained in trading happy childhood experiences. This training came from an educator with a masters degree in child psychology.
