I upload this from a MacDonald's Wifi where communication is adequate 4 meters from the outside of the building. It is a bit weak but still works.

The upload is being hindered because this signal is fine for watching the Trower interview link in the above paragraph.

This blockage is likely done by the ISP provider who surveil bandwidth use. MacDonald's has often hindered activist use of their WiFi.
Why?
Because it is Cult-run.
Internet connectivity will become more and more difficult as the Cult re-establishes A.I. rule over the entire world.

You have no idea just how encompassing surveillance has already become. The Cult all around us... masons, eastern-stars, Rosicrucians, Scientologists, etc.... They are all the same Cult as the Nazis from Switzerland and Germany decades ago.

The upload made it to 58% at Mac's the last time round and then the bandwidth was squeezed shut... it was my third try. Downstreaming was fine, Many MacDonald's have high surveillance on their WiFi use.
I jumped over to an A&W and after a one minute upload this video is viewable on Ugetupe.

MacDonald's is an prime example of Cult bandwidth monitoring and throddling or pinching to discourage such use. Now that the Cult is culling the sheep, or harvesting the herd, you can only expect others to do the same thing, more and more if you don't speak out in defiance.

All branches of government and public services will drift away from listening to the unsworn more and more. This appears to be the 2020 to 2030 Agenda of world wide takeover by the Cult.

You cannot expect others to change your world for the better. You will have to make a stand and be come and activist or remain a sheep.
