Howdy. I carry two 1851 Navies butt forward and use twist draw. There is an iconic picture of Wild Bill Hickock, a fan of the 1851's, and he is carrying that way. I am able to conceal my pistols because I wear overalls all the time. My gun belt goes under my overall bibs in the front, so you see no belt. I carry the pistols pretty high, almost in my arm pits, in two "Slim-Jim" cross-draw type holsters, but they are held tight to my body by being on the inside of the belt. With a lightweight cover garment, even just a lightweight vest, I can conceal the two large pistols. I find the cross draw much better because I don't have to lift my shoulder so high to extract them, and when you do the twisting action, since they are single-action pistols, it is the perfect and natural time to cock the hammer. It just feels so natural to me to carry this way. Thanks for the interesting video!
