allegedly the navy and coast guard are boarding chinese freighters looking for weapons, some of these freighters are coming up from south america,

Oil tankers. They stacked up off the coast last spring also, unless this is the same video.

what's weird is I checked back on cesare's twitter and the ships vid is now gone off there. Not sure what they were just interesting to note.
