Chicago elections board gave Dominion employees remote access during election. Trump EO Nov 2nd 2020

I cover President Trump's November 2nd, 2020 Executive Order establishing The President's Advisory 1776 Commission. Was this the enactment of NESARA? I cover the Chicago Board of Elections meeting where they vote to allow dominion and election employees to work remotely due to covid concerns. Were Dominon employees granted access to the voter data from remote locations? Why were Dominion employees on a call with the Chicago Elections Board?
