- downloaded the virus sequence from China and stuck it in the vaccine (actually said that)
-vaccines used to take many many years, need to to be safe
-this vaccine could end up making people's responses worse, we won't know during trials on healthy people

He is a mass murderer. Took a bunch of NYC orphans (nearly all black children - the parents had died of AIDS), did horrific and painful experiments on them & MANY died. Nurses did the whistleblowing. Also - check him & AZT - killed a bunch of AIDS ppl, plus said that straight women couldn't get it (when so many men were bi & giving it to them - he KNOWINGLY KILLED AN UNTOLD NUMBER OF PPL. FCKR DESERVES TO BE PUBLICLY HUNG.
