Unless there is a longer more detailed video on this 'arrow rifle'? it's a waste of time. I Can't tell much about what the man is doing. He fired a 'shot' of some kind. Was it an arrow? What's going on, what kind of rifle is this? How does it work? This video is a big ZERO unless there is another better one.
