Last night I was absolutely stressed out & I kept praying for thing after thing & thanking Jesus Christ for answering my prayers. I had been praying like that all day, too. Finally, I was ready for bed & was still praying like that. Suddenly, the still, small voice said, "Be still and know that I am God," Psalm 46:10. That stopped me, calmed & comforted me! I dont hear from God very often, but when I do, I am so grateful! And, one time I asked about prayers that had not been answered (this was about 10 years ago) and God Almighty's agent said, "God has heard your prayers". Meaning He had heard them & was not answering them, for whatever reason. I felt so comforted afterwards knowing that He had listened to my prayers! Makes me cry, even now, thinking about it!
