Balloon fishing from Cape San Blas

We live in Ga. In may 2020, Florida lifted covid lockdowns so we made a break for it. Quick weekend trip to Cape San Blas. The panhandle is my favorite getaway destination. Basically inflate a balloon, as large as possible and the wind will push the balloon, If the you want your bait to flow with the current, make the balloon as small as possible, and hang the bait several feet away from the balloon. Depends where you want the current or wind to take the bait, I was using pre-rigged ballyhoos.
