The 18 months of unnecessary extended unemployment benefits was a beta test to see how many would leave the work force based on receiving a basic income. That way, they know how many to bring across the southern border in a "FAkE ALIEN INVASION" as foretold by Q. They are being settled in areas where they will be needed to fill the lower income jobs, to keep the economy moving along. The benefit for them is they will end up making a ton of money and likely have the benefits of future citizenship. That's the plan i'm watching.
