The person doing the vaccination is using a disappearing needle syringe" which is extremely common and prevents the person giving the vaccination (or any shot for that matter) from inadvertently being stabbed with a contaminated needle. You press the plunger at the end of a shot and the needle it sucked right back into the syringe. As far as their not being any bleeding unless the person is on blood thinners, or the vaccinator in advertently goes through a capillary there isn't gonna be any bleeding. So neither of those events should lead anyone to believe that this was other than real.
