Against the Modern World! - Song about Evola

Giulio Cesare Andrea Evola (Who adopts the pseudonym "Julius Evola" because of his admiration for ancient Rome) was an Italian philosopher, poet, painter and esotericist.
Described as a "radical traditionalist", Evola is recognized for his anti-egalitarian, anti-liberal and anti-democratic thinking, becoming one of the most important philosophers of the European traditionalist movement.

Having published an infinity of works, his most outstanding book was "Revolt Against the Modern World" (Rivolta Contro il Mondo Moderno), where he makes a critical study of modernity judged by the eternal principles of Tradition.
Evola also participate in the European conflicts of the last century, serving in the combat as an artillery officer during the First World War and supporting the Italian Social Republic (More out of sympathy for Mussolini's figure than for ideological coincidence) during the Second one.

After WW2, Evola was arrested and accused of promoting the revival of the Fascist Party and glorifying fascism, when he defended himself at the trial, Evola declared that his works "belonged to a long tradition of anti-democratic writers who could certainly be linked to fascism, but who couldn't be identified with the fascist regime of Mussolini"; with this, he was acquitted and continued to publish multiple books, until his death in 1974.
