The church denied them the permission to go onto the land of the residential schools to seek (unearth) their lost babies. Finally - LAST YEAR, they got a piece of equipment that could SEE the bones, detect the decomposed bodies THROUGH the dirt (like an Xray) - and they found something like 600 small children's bodies.
