Adrian Charles Noel Kemp is a Director of Medimmune UK Ltd appointed 17th Oct 2013. There seems to be a director with the same name at AZENCO2 Ltd of 1 FRANCIS CRICK AVENUE, CAMBRIDGE BIOMEDICAL CAMPUS, CB2 0AA, CAMBRIDGE, Cambridgeshire & the Company Secretary seems to be a Matthew Ian Conacher. However Companies House only lists AZENCO2 as being incorporated 26th January 2015 & has no officers listed. How odd!

Are we being misdirected to Oxford Astra Zeneca away from Cambridge Astra Zeneca China? Sorry I mis spelled Zeneca in the 2 previous comments

The previous Company Secretary of Medimmune was Matthew Ian Conacher (18th Jan 2017-16th Sept 2019). Is this the same Matthew Ian Conacher who was the Company Secretary of Astra Zenica China UK Ltd (04024939) 16th March 2017 to 31st July 2019? He is still registered as active by Companies House, correspondence address: 1 Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB2 0AA

I don't know if people have already researched the companies, I started with Medimmune, at UK Companies House the correspondence address of the Company Secretary & 1 of the Directors is 1 Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB2 0AA . The same address as Astra Zenica. They may or may not be linked to AZ but I assume it is the same building in Cambridge (not Oxford).
