We live in an actor based reality so when we talk about Hitler, we are really talking about Walt Disney. There were no surprises at either pole, the same family runs the complete world with actors at every head of state. Many of those pictures shown are fake and those large planes on the air craft carrier were not going to fly off, they would have to be unloaded by crane. So, why were they planning on having cranes available at the south pole?

Unless they were going to be unloaded in South America and then flown to the South Pole.
