Harold Glen Hulgan, 61, of Houston, TX passed away on February 12, 2023. He was born July 10, 1961 in Detroit, MI to Blackie and Ada Hulgan.He served in the US Navy and was a true patriot. He enjoyed golfing and woodworking during his free time.

Harold is survived by his wife, Brenda Hulgan; children, John Hulgan and Matt Hulgan; step children, Michelle Roth and Daniel King; eight grandchildren; sister, Tina Hulgan; and a host of extended family members and friends.
