Because there is allways a war going on somewhere on the planet! And that doesn't mean that the government has the right to comandeer your house or ground property at any time, just because somewhere in the world there si a war going on! This communist asks forcefully for the using of this old law, in order to inundate UK and Ireland with Ukrainian refugees (which we've seen that the most are arabs and blacks, pretending to be "students in Ukraine"), pretending that "It's war, so any property can be confiscated by the Irish (or UK) government".
