A few days ago we streamed the House of Representatives debate on Texas Constitutional Carry live. Little did we know that an absolutely AMAZING moment was waiting for us. Here is that moment and some of my thoughts to hopefully start a conversation.

So if one was fined for carrying without a license and said crime would be expunged, wouldn’t you then have to refund that fine. Well, what if there could be related consequences to being charged with said offense such as loss of job. Would the state be eligible for prosecution for violating the constitution? Being that they are admitting to this violation, would there be no contest? More over, how could this loss be calculated. Preventing possible advances in career could get very pricey. Did jail time occur as a result from conviction? This could get very interesting.
